Glen Gulutzan
HEAD COACH
Glen Gulutzan is a native of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan and brings 15 years of coaching experience to the Calgary Flames. Prior to serving as the assistant coach of the Vancouver Canucks, the 44-year-old was the head coach of the Dallas Stars for the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons and before that, he led the American Hockey League’s Texas Stars for a pair of campaigns. In 2009-10, he took the AHL’s Stars to the Calder Cup finals.

Dave Cameron
ASSISTANT COACH
Dave Cameron is a native of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and brings 22 years of coaching experience to the Flames. Cameron spent the past six seasons with the Ottawa Senators, most recently as their head coach the last two campaigns. Before his time with Ottawa, the 57-year-old twice served as a coach in the AHL, first with the St. John’s Maple Leafs as an assistant in the 1999-00 season and more recently when he was the head coach with Ottawa’s affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, from 2004-05 to 2006-07.

Paul Jerrard
ASSISTANT COACH
Paul Jerrard comes to Calgary after serving as an assistant coach for Vancouver’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Utica Comets. The 51-year-old Jerrard joins Calgary after 19 seasons as a coach in three different leagues. Prior to his time in Utica, the Winnipeg, Manitoba native was an assistant coach for Flames head coach Glen Gulutzan from 2011-12 to 2012-13 with the Dallas Stars and also from 2009-10 and 2010-11 with the Stars AHL affiliate in Texas. Jerrard served one other season as an NHL assistant coach when he worked for Colorado in 2002-03.

Martin Gelinas
ASSISTANT COACH

Martin Gelinas is entering his fifth season as an assistant coach with the Flames. Prior to joining the Flames, Gelinas served as the Director of Player Development for the Nashville Predators, joining the staff following his retirement as a player in 2009.

Jordan Sigalet
GOALTENDING COACH
Jordan Sigalet is entering his third season as the Flames goaltending coach after spending three seasons as the goaltending coach with Calgary’s AHL affiliate in Abbotsford. Prior to that, Sigalet was the goaltending coach with the Everett Silvertips (WHL) for two seasons.

Jamie Pringle
ASSISTANT COACH, VIDEO
Jamie Pringle, a native of Picton, Ontario is entering his sixth season with the Flames coaching staff after three seasons as the video coach with the Florida Panthers. Prior to that, Pringle spent the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons as the video coach for Hockey Canada.

Ryan van Asten
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH

Ryan van Asten is entering his third season as the Flames Strength and Conditioning Coach and is responsible for coordinating the overall strength and conditioning program for all of the players in the Flames organization.

Prior to joining the Flames, van Asten spent three seasons with the Los Angeles Kings as their Strength and Conditioning Coach winning two Stanley Cups in 2012 and 2014. He was also the Head Strengthand Conditioning Coach and Coordinator for Hockey Canada and the Canadian Sport Centre – Calgary where he was part of the 2010 Olympic gold medal championship women’s hockey team in Vancouver.
