| Flames Practice Policy for Fans The Calgary Flames are happy to have fans attend practices. We welcome you to attend practices by watching from the second tier. Our practice schedule is determined by the coaching staff. From day to day the coaching staff know what is best for the team as they prepare for the next opponent. As a result, practice times, practice length and recovery days are usually not announced until the day before. Please contact one of our customer service representatives the afternoon before or the morning of the day you would like to attend in order to ensure an accurate time.
