FLAMES FUTURE WATCH UPDATE


Eric Roy notched three assists in four games this past week. He was selected by the Flames in the fifth round (135th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.

Morgan Klimchuk had a superb week, scoring six goals and nine points in four games. The Calgary native signed a three-year entry level with the Flames earlier in the season.

Jon Gillies picked up two wins this weekend and was named the first star in Providence's 2-1 victory over UMass on Saturday. He was the Flames third round pick in the 2012 NHL Draft.
