Heat Stats Update: 16.12.13

BOSTON, MA -- The Abbotsford Heat have been scoring by committee throughout the 2013-14 season but Ben Street has been their offensive motor.

The pivot leads the team with 16 goals and 26 points through 22 games this year and has been their most consistent producer since he joined the team in late October. Street is currently averaging 1.18 points-per-game.

Blueliner Chad Billins, an off-season signing last summer, is second in scoring with 25 points in 25 games and leads the team in assists with 19.

Rounding out the top three in Heat scoring is rookie Markus Granlund. The Finn has been on fire and has strung together an 11-game point streak - the longest streak in the AHL right now. In two games last week, the forward recorded three points and put six shots on net.
