CALGARY, AB -- Emile Poirier had an excellent week, posting six points (two goals, four assists) in three games and extended his point streak to 12 games. The Flames 2013 first round pick is currently fourth in QMJHL scoring with 12 goals and 26 points in 16 games. The winger leads the Gatineau Olympiques in goals, assists, points, short-handed goals (2) and points-per-game (1.62). He is also tied for the team lead in power play goals (3).

Eric Roy played in two games this past week, scoring one goal. He is currently leading the Wheat Kings defence corps in scoring. Roy was selected in the fifth round (135th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.
