Virtanen makes Central Scouting\'s 2013-14 Futures North American list
2013-14 NHL CSS Futures North American list

CALGARY, AB -- NHL Central Scouting released its 2013-14 Futures North American list on Wednesday and Calgary Hitmen forward Jake Virtanen is one of the 14 WHL players that made the cut.

The Abbotsford, BC native recorded 16 goals and 34 points in his first full WHL season, averaging .55 points-per-game in the 2012-13 campaign. He was a plus-25 and racked up 67 PIM in 62 regular season games. The left winger also suited up for 15 postseason games, scoring two goals and registering six points.
