Flames reassign Brett Carson to Abbotsford
CALGARY, AB -- The Calgary Flames announced today that defenceman Brett Carson has been reassigned to the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League.
Carson, a native of Regina, Saskatchewan, has played 11 games with the Heat this season and 2 with the Flames. Originally a 4th round draft pick (109th overall) of the Carolina Hurricanes, Carson was acquired by the Flames off waivers on February 28, 2011.
