Flames recall Clay Wilson from Abbotsford

CALGARY, AB -- The Calgary Flames announced today that defenceman Clay Wilson has been recalled and Joe Piskula has been assigned to the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League.

Wilson, a native of Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota, has six goals and 14 assists in 32 games which leads all Abbotsford Heat blue liners this season. This will be his first call-up with the Flames after signing as a free agent on September 7, 2011.
