Flames recall T.J. Brodie from Abbotsford
CALGARY, AB – The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled defenceman T.J. Brodie from the Abbotsford Heat (AHL) as a result of Flames defenceman Anton Babchuk having been placed on Injured Reserve due to a hand injury.
Brodie, a native of Chatham, Ontario played three games in the NHL last season with the Flames. He currently has a goal and three assist along with 10 penalty minutes in 12 games with the Abbotsford Heat this season.
