Flames reduce training camp roster by six


CALGARY, AB -- The Calgary Flames announced today that they have reduced their training camp roster by six players.

Returning to Juniors (5):
Laurent Brossoit (G) Edmonton (WHL)
Dallas Ehrhardt (D) Moose Jaw (WHL)
Reid Jackson (D) Lethbridge (WHL)
Peter Kosterman (D) Calgary (WHL)
Tyler Wotherspoon (D) Portland (WHL)

Released (1):
Andrew Engelage (G)

The Flames now have 63 players remaining at training camp: five goalies, 17 defensemen and 41 forwards.

Calgary Flames main camp players hit the ice for the first time on Saturday, September 17th at the Scotiabank Saddledome in three groups, with the first going at 9:30 am, the second at 11:15 am and the third group at 1:00 pm. All on ice sessions are open for viewing to the public.
