Moss signs contract with Calgary

Calgary, AB - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today the signing of forward David Moss.

As per club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.Moss, playing in his first NHL season, registered 10 goals, eight assists, for 18 points and 12 penalty minutes while playing in 41 games during the 2006-07 season.

Moss also appeared in all six playoff games against Detroit and registered one assist.

The Flames drafted Moss in the 7th round (220th overall) in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
