CALGARY, AB -- 54 points.

That is the kind offence generated in Calgary Flames prospect Johnny Gaudreau's 27-game point streak. The 2011 fourth round pick extended that streak on Friday night, opening the scoring in Boston College's 3-0 win over UMass Lowell.

He has scored 25 goals and 29 assists in his torrid point streak. The 20-year-old has been held off the scoresheet just once in 32 games this season and leads the nation in scoring with 28 goals and 62 points.

Gaudreau and his linemate and fellow Flames prospect Bill Arnold are in the running for the 2014 Hobey Baker Award. Arnold has 13 goals and 44 points in 32 outings this season.
