Welcome to the Calgary Flames new blog system. It was officially launched Feb. 15 -- right in time for the Heritage Classic.

It is a new tool that the Flames website team -- Mike, Alex, Torie, Kristi, Jason -- are excited to begin using. We'll sign all our posts so you know who is posting all the time.

In the blogs you will find video, behind the scenes stories, news analysis and other exclusive content.

These will be fun, informative and sometimes off-the-wall. And the best part is, you can participate by posting comments and letting us know your thoughts.

We hope to grow the blog community and, in the future, invite you the fans to send us your blogs for posting.
